Management Team

Dallin Larsen — Founder and President

Dallin has worked in direct sales and with nutritional products for more than 17 years, and brings that valuable knowledge and insight to MonaVie. In the 1990s, he led a nutritional network marketing company to impressive growth — from startup to $120 million in annual sales. However, that experience pales in comparison to what Dallin has helped accomplish in just a short time with MonaVie — one of America's fastest—growing companies. Dallin has a love and appreciation for distributors and has served as a director on the Direct Selling Association Board in Washington, DC.

Henry Marsh — Executive Vice President and co-founder

Henry is a four—time U.S. Olympian in track and filed. During his athletic career, he set four American records and was ranked No. 1 in the world for three years. He has consulted with the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, served as a member of the executive board for the U.S. Olympic Committee, and was a member of the board of trustees for the Salt Lake Olympic Committee during the 2002 Winter Olympics. While running and leaping his way through college and international sporting competitions, Henry also earned economics and law degrees that he has put into practice during his post—collegiate career.

Randy Larsen — Executive Vice President and co-founder

Randy is a successful entrepreneur with a proven record of success. He's owned and operated restaurants, retail chains, and other small businesses, including 57 health and fitness clinics throughout the United States. Randy has also been actively involved in the development of nutritional products for over two decades and has been involved in the direct selling industry for more than 11 years.

Amy Cowley — Executive Vice President

Amy keeps MonaVie in the black. Her attention to detail and ability to grasp the big picture help her as she oversees the company's global finances. In addition to having worked at one of the most prestigious accounting firms in the country, Amy has an MBA from the University of Utah and specializes in tax and business operational support, which has been Instrumental in her work with the company.
